BugBox is shipped with a full helpfile - the detailed help file that BugBox users can use to read explanations on how BugBox works, what the various features on BugBox can do and how they all hang together. This helpfile can be accessed from any BugBox screen and includes search, index and print-out functions too. BugBox users can press the 'Help' button on the main BugBox toolbar or simply press the F1 key and the BugBox Helpfile will pop up.
For those more difficult questions, or issues that need more immediate help and explanation, BugBox users should send us an email at software@itgovernance.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)845 070 1750. Contacting us in this way means that one of our web team will need to read and understand your question and take some time to work out how best to help you.
Calls to the BugBox support centre - here at IT Governance - also require one of our web team to help you fix your issue or understand and respond to your request. If we can't take your call when you call, please leave us a full voicemail and one of our ever-so-nice staff will get back to you as soon as we can.
